By creating an account or using YoRabbit VPN, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
YoRabbit VPN provides a virtual private network service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers. The service is provided on an "as is" basis subject to the quotas and billing cycle of your chosen plan. Monthly traffic resets on your billing date.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Each subscription supports up to 5 simultaneous device connections. You may not share your subscription URL publicly or use the service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to circumventing legal restrictions, distributing malware, or conducting denial-of-service attacks.
All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. We do not offer refunds except in cases of verified technical failure attributable to our infrastructure, reported within 72 hours of occurrence.
YoRabbit VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
